Why I chose the University of London for my Bachelors of Science Degree
A brief blog about why I chose the University of London for my Bachelors of Computer Science degree majoring in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

My main reason for selecting the University of London was that I was looking for an online degree that would be recognized in Canada. I wanted to backup a 30 year gap between my last formal education but also use the opportunity to obtain a key skill set that will be useful for the next 20 years.
These studies provide a formal academic foundation in programming, computational thinking, data structures, algorithms, software development, and machine learning.
This education supports the technical side of my senior technology profile. It strengthens my ability to understand modern software platforms, data-driven systems, AI/ML concepts, and the technical implications of architecture and transformation decisions. It also complements my long career in technology strategy, business analysis, enterprise architecture, and hands-on platform development.
